Ok I know so many people love this place, we did too the first time we went there... The food is awesome, the problem is the staff is overwhelmed, be prepared too wait a LONG time to be served and for your food to come. Also a little clique ish, old time customers get the attention first. We'll seek another spot with more bandwidth...
Very inexpensive and exceptionally high quality. Largest, and best tasting, breakfast sausage links. Thick slices of rye toast! Huge steak fries. Food came out piping hot and excellent portion sizes and quality! Get the onions with the breakfast potatoes!!
Fantastic Old School American diner! Gina presides with charm and conversation. Diane waits tables with friendly efficiency and a big smile. Don’t rush the cook - he’s putting top notch care and detail into everything he makes. (His hash browns RULE!) And the kitchen/service assistant fills in the gaps without missing a beat. It’s simple, traditional diner food (breakfast and lunch items) at its definable best. Quality ingredients across the board. Get yourself in, go with the flow, and you’ll easily become a part of the Gina’s family.
BEST BREAKFAST IN USA!!! I travel the country for work and Gina's Place is a must visit whenever I am in Cleveland. The service, atmosphere, and food is amazing. The world would be a happier place if everyone started their day at Gina's.
Our first time here. The food is really great - as good quality as you will find in any diner and amazing value. We had the #1 breakfast special with eggs, toast, sausage links, potato and coffee included. It came out to just under $12/person and portion sizes were just right -- generous but not excessive. The potato was cooked to include plenty of crispy bits and the sausage links are delicious. There are also many good menu items under $10 to choose from so it's friendly for family budgets. It's clean and the staff are friendly. We met Gina, who told us she'd been there for 60 years! Only negative is the parking lot is a little small and tight, which could be problematic when it's busiest. Definitely worth a stop, we are already looking forward to going back.
Gina's is a lovely place. We go there for breakfast and it is always perfect. The potatoes and sausage links are amazing, the prices are unbeatable and the portions are big. Definitely a must try, just remember to bring cash/check as that is their only payment form. :)
Very very small diner that only accepts cash! I went in there with just my phone to tap pay because that's what I'm used to, sat down, ordered my food, & as I waited to be served, I looked around & seen a "cash only" sign. Had to leave my daughter there, run home & grab cash lol Came back, to my food on the table & was not disappointed at all!!!!! The food was very good (I kind of figured it would be because small places like these are known for good food). Now....it is very quiet in there. You can clearly hear everyones conversations & I don't like that! A little music would be nice & thats why for atmosphere, I gave it a 3star rating. Other than that, this place is definitely a great breakfast spot
The first time I ate here. A very nice family owned, quiet restaurant. Delicious food and very good prices. I will definitely go back
